December 2008 saw a significant donation of school materials, fans and clothes to the Singapore-funded ‘River Kids’ project in Phnom Penh. Mr. Tola Meas, then Managing Director, acted as the senior C-A-R-E representative and the event was attended by staff from the project as well as a number of C-A-R-E employees from the Phnom Penh Office.
